A1: Yes, all PETKIT products sold by Aquafilo are official Hong Kong domestic stocks. They come with official local warranty and authorized after-sales repair services, rather than parallel imports of unverified origin.
A2: 完全適合。我們售賣的產品均符合 香港 220V 電壓 規格,並配備符合香港機電工程署安全標準的 英國標準三腳插頭(UK plug),不需額外加裝兩腳轉三腳的轉接頭,用電更安全。
A2: Perfectly suitable. All products we sell strictly comply with the Hong Kong 220V voltage standard and come with UK standard 3-pin plugs that meet local electrical safety regulations. No extra 2-pin to 3-pin adapters are required.

A6: 請妥善保留在 Aquafilo 購買的電子訂單憑證與購買收據,並隨時聯絡我們的客服團隊。我們會引導您對接官方授權的香港本地維修中心,進行免費的零件檢查、維修或符合條款的換新服務。
A6: Simply keep your electronic order confirmation or purchase receipt from Aquafilo and contact our customer support team. We will guide you to the authorized local HK repair center for inspection, repair, or eligible replacements.
A7: 凡是人為拆解改裝、使用非原廠耗材導致機器損壞、不慎進水(特別是非防水電路部分)、外力碰撞摔壞,或將產品帶離香港本地(跨區使用)等,皆屬於非保養範圍。
A7: The warranty becomes void if there is unauthorized disassembly, damage caused by using non-original consumables, water ingress (especially into non-waterproof circuits), physical drops, or if the device is taken out of Hong Kong (cross-region use).
A8: 不會。只要您是在 Aquafilo 購買的香港行貨,在香港本地配合香港網絡供應商(如網上行、香港寬頻、HGC等)設定使用,皆能完美體驗所有遠端智能功能。
A8: Absolutely not. As long as you purchase Hong Kong official stocks from Aquafilo and pair them within HK network environments (Netvigator, HKBN, HGC, etc.), you can perfectly access all smart and remote features.
A9: 不能。自 2024 年起 PETKIT 全球實施全面鎖區新規。在香港購買的機器在海外網絡環境下會被系統鎖定,無法透過 App 連線操控,因此不建議攜帶至海外使用。
A9: No, you cannot. Since 2024, PETKIT has implemented a strict global lock-zone policy. Devices bought in Hong Kong will be restricted under overseas network environments and cannot connect via the App.
A10: 這是謠言。鎖區限制是在產品製造、出廠時就已經寫入主板晶片的硬體與伺服器層面設定,無論是 Aquafilo 客服還是原廠客服,皆無法手動為外地水貨進行解鎖。
A10: This is a rumor. The regional lock is written directly into the motherboard chip and server configurations during manufacturing. Neither Aquafilo nor the original manufacturer's customer service can manually unlock foreign parallel imports.
A11: 會的。餵食器本身擁有內部記憶晶片,會自動記錄您已設定好的餵食計劃。只要機器在不離電的情況下,即使 Wi-Fi 暫時斷線,它依然會按照原定時間與克數出糧。
A11: Yes, it will. The feeder has an internal memory chip that saves your configured feeding schedules. As long as the device remains powered, it will dispense the exact portion at the scheduled time even without Wi-Fi.
A12: 當家中 Wi-Fi 訊號微弱或路由器斷網時,機器無法與雲端伺服器同步數據,App 就會提示離線。此時原有的舊計劃仍會執行,但在離線期間您在 App 上新修改或新增加的餵食計劃將無法寫入機器。
A12: When your home Wi-Fi signal drops, the device loses synchronization with the cloud servers, prompting an offline status in the App. Existing schedules will still run, but any newly modified plans during the offline period cannot be saved to the machine.
A13: 因為某些機型配備餘糧稱重功能。如果在糧桶有糧的情況下放入電池,機器會誤將電池的重量計入餘糧的基礎平衡磅數中,進而導致 App 顯示的餘糧重量發生異常失準。
A13: Certain models feature a food weight tracking sensor. If batteries are installed while food is present, the machine mistakenly incorporates the battery weight into its empty tare balance, leading to inaccurate remaining food readings in the App.
A14: 您需要在 App 中執行「餘糧校準」功能。請注意,校準過程中餵食器會將桶內現有的糧食全部自動吐出清空,待機器重新抓取零點後,您再將糧食倒回即可恢復正常。
A14: You need to perform a "Food Calibration" in the App. Please note that during calibration, the feeder will automatically empty all contents from the tank to reset its zero-point. You can pour the kibble back in afterward.
A15: 請依照此順序檢查:
- 確認您的家居 Wi-Fi 是否為 2.4GHz 頻段(機器不支援 5GHz 頻段及 需要網頁認證的公共網路)。
- 檢查 Wi-Fi 密碼是否包含特殊符號,建議改為單純英文與數字。
- 長按機器底部的 Reset 鍵 5 秒,直到指示燈閃爍,重新打開手機藍牙並在 App 內搜尋添加。
A15: Please check in this order:
- Ensure your home Wi-Fi is on the 2.4GHz band (5GHz Wi-Fi and public networks requiring web authentication are not supported).
- Check if your Wi-Fi password contains special symbols; try changing it to pure alphanumeric characters.
- Hold the Reset button for 5 seconds until the indicator flashes, turn on your phone's Bluetooth, and re-add the device in the App.
A16: 這是因為感應器數據尚未與雲端同步刷新。加糧後,請在 App 內手動點擊一次「遠端出糧」或手動按一下機身出糧鍵,執行一次實體出糧後,感應器就會重新偵測並更新糧桶狀態。
A16: This happens because the cloud data hasn't synced. After refilling, click "Remote Feed" in the App or press the physical feed button once. Executing one physical dispense prompts the sensor to refresh the data.
A17: 請檢查您是否在 App 中開啟了「兒童鎖(童鎖)」功能。該功能是為了防止貪吃的毛孩用爪子亂按偷糧。在 App 中將童鎖關閉後,實體按鍵即可恢復功能。
A17: Please check if you have enabled the "Child Lock" feature in the App. This function prevents curious pets from stealing food by clawing at the button. Once turned off in the App, the physical button will respond normally.
A18: 機器支援絕大多數的乾糧、凍乾糧以及風乾糧。為確保出糧順暢不卡糧,建議飼料顆粒的長寬直徑控制在 12mm 至 15mm 以內,且不宜使用過度潮濕或呈大塊片狀的特殊風乾肉片。
A18: The machines support most dry, freeze-dried, and air-dried pet foods. To prevent jamming, ensure the kibble diameter is within 12mm to 15mm, and avoid overly sticky or massive freeze-dried chunks.
A19: 稱重感應器非常精密,磅數失準通常是因為:第一,機器放置在地毯、軟墊或凹凸不平的地面上;第二,稱重碗下方卡了碎糧或毛髮。請將機器移至堅硬平整的地面,並清空碗底後,在 App 內重新進行「碗去皮校準」。
A19: Weight sensors are highly precise. Inaccuracies occur if: 1) The machine is placed on a carpet, soft mat, or uneven floor; 2) Crumbs or hair are trapped underneath the bowl. Place the unit on a hard, flat floor, clear the debris, and run a "Bowl Tare Calibration" in the App.
A20: 這是正常的。當室內光線不足時,攝影機會自動啟動紅外線夜視功能。您看到的是微弱的紅外線補光燈,它能讓您在全黑的夜裡也能清晰看見毛孩的吃相,對毛孩的眼睛完全無害。
A20: Yes, it is perfectly normal. When ambient light is low, the camera automatically switches to Infrared Night Vision. The faint glow is the infrared fill light, allowing you to monitor your pet in pitch black safely without harming their eyes.
A21: 如果不插 SD 卡,影片將依據您的 PETKIT Care+ 雲端方案規格儲存在雲端。若希望進行本地 24 小時循環錄影,建議插入一張 Class 10、最大支援 64GB 的 Micro SD 記憶卡。
A21: Without an SD card, videos are saved to the cloud based on your PETKIT Care+ subscription plan. For 24/7 continuous local recording, we recommend inserting a Class 10 Micro SD card, supporting up to 64GB.
A22: 您可以直接在 PETKIT App 內將該設備切換為「隱私模式」或設定「定時休眠」。開啟後,攝影機鏡頭會完全關閉停止運作。
A22: You can switch the device to "Privacy Mode" or set a "Scheduled Sleep" timer directly within the PETKIT App. Once activated, the camera lens will completely shut down.
A23: 看不到。當主帳號管理員在 App 中點擊刪除雲端或記憶卡中的影片紀錄後,該片段會從伺服器或本機完全抹除,所有被分享的家庭成員帳號也會同步無法檢視。
A23: No. Once the administrator account deletes the video record from the cloud or SD card, it is completely wiped from the server/hardware, and it will simultaneously disappear from all shared family accounts.
A24: 為確保糧桶內的飼料不會因香港潮濕的天氣而發霉變軟,建議每 30 天更換一次專用乾燥劑。App 內會有壽命倒數提示,您隨時可以在 Aquafilo 網店加購 PETKIT 原廠乾燥劑補充包。
A24: To keep kibble fresh and crunchy under Hong Kong's humid climate, it is recommended to replace the dedicated desiccant every 30 days. The App tracks its lifespan, and you can purchase official PETKIT desiccant refills anytime at Aquafilo.
A25: 304 不鏽鋼碗、塑膠食盆以及可拆卸的內膽糧桶都可以直接拆下來用清水洗滌。但請注意:包含馬達與電路晶片的機器底座主機絕對不可水洗。所有清洗完的部件必須徹底風乾、擦乾後才能裝回,否則會導致飼料受潮。
A25: The 304 stainless steel bowl, plastic dish, and detachable food tank can be washed directly under running water. However, the main base unit housing the motor and circuits must never be washed. All parts must be completely dry before reassembly.
A26: 請依循以下步驟排查:第一,檢查馬達濾網是否被毛髮或棉絮嚴重堵塞;第二,檢查機身底部或水箱底部的金屬接觸點是否有水漬或鏽斑,可用橡皮擦擦拭乾淨;第三,確認水箱內的水位是否高於最低一線。
A26: Check these steps: 1) Check if the pump filter is clogged with pet hair or lint; 2) Check if the metal contact pins on the bottom of the water tank have water stains or rust (wipe them with an eraser); 3) Ensure the water level is above the minimum mark.
A27: 這通常是水泵馬達內部累積了寵物唾液形成的生物膜或水垢。請拆開活水機,將無線馬達的小葉輪拆解出來清洗,去除卡在軸心處的毛髮,並確認馬達外殼上的全新過濾薄膜已撕除。
A27: This is typically caused by saliva biofilms or limescale building up inside the pump motor. Disassemble the water fountain, take out the wireless pump impeller to clean it, clear any tangled hairs from the axle, and verify the original filter film is peeled off.
A28: 閃爍白燈通常是更換濾芯的提醒訊號。當您更換全新的 PETKIT 專用濾芯後,必須長按機身底部的複位鍵(Reset)直到燈號熄滅或重新計算,App 上的濾芯壽命才會同步刷新。
A28: A blinking white light usually indicates a filter replacement reminder. After replacing with a genuine PETKIT filter, you must press and hold the Reset button on the machine base to clear the warning and reset the filter lifespan counter.
A29: 不可以重複使用。濾芯內含活性碳與離子交換樹脂,清洗只能除去表面毛髮,無法恢復吸附能力。在智能模式(Smart)下建議每 60 天更換一次;在普通模式(Normal)下建議每 30 天更換一次。
A29: No, they cannot be reused. The filter contains activated carbon and ion-exchange resins; rinsing only removes surface hairs but cannot restore absorption properties. Replace every 60 days under Smart Mode or every 30 days under Normal Mode.
A30: 這是正常現象。濾芯內含有天然椰殼活性碳,在運輸摩擦中會產生少量碳粉碎屑。初次使用前,請將新濾芯在清水中浸泡並沖洗約 2-3 分鐘,洗去表面游離碳粉後即可安心給毛孩飲用。
A30: This is normal. The filter contains natural coconut-shell activated carbon, which generates tiny carbon dust during transit. Before first use, soak and rinse the new filter in clean water for 2-3 minutes to wash away the loose dust.
A31: PETKIT 新一代活水機(如 SOLO 2 或 Eversweet Max)採用無線感應水泵,水箱內沒有任何電線連接。清洗時您可以直接把整個水箱拿去廚房水槽沖洗,徹底告別電線沾水漏電的安全隱憂。
A31: New generation PETKIT fountains (like SOLO 2 or Eversweet Max) utilize wireless induction pumps. There are no power cords connected to the inner tank. You can lift the tank directly to the kitchen sink for washing, eliminating any cord-related short-circuit risks.
A32: 絕對不行。活水機是專門為過濾和循環乾淨飲用水而設計的。液體若含有蛋白質、脂肪或糖分,會導致細菌在幾小時內瘋狂滋生、濾芯報廢,並極易燒毀馬達。
A32: Absolutely not. The fountain is exclusively designed for filtering and circulating clean drinking water. Liquids containing proteins, fats, or sugars will cause rapid bacterial growth within hours, ruin the filter, and likely burn out the motor.
A33: 香港夏天高溫潮濕,強烈建議每 3-5 天全機拆洗換水一次。PETKIT 濾芯雖然能過濾雜質,但定期人手清洗水箱內部黏稠的生物膜,才是杜絕細菌與蚊蟲孳生的最佳方法。
A33: Given HK's humid summers, we highly recommend fully disassembling and changing the water every 3-5 days. While the filter catches debris, manually scrubbing off the slimy bio-film inside the tank remains the best way to deter pests and bacteria.
A34: PETKIT 活水機主打超靜音湧泉設計。如果聲音變大,請檢查:
- 水位是否過低,導致馬達吸入空氣產生氣泡聲。
- 活水機是否與周圍的牆壁或家具產生共振,建議下方墊一塊軟墊。
- 馬達軸心是否鬆脫,可拆開重新壓緊。
A34: PETKIT fountains feature an ultra-quiet spring design. If it becomes loud, check if:
- The water level is too low, causing the pump to draw in air.
- The unit is vibrating against nearby walls or furniture (place a soft mat underneath).
- The pump impeller is loose; open and press it tight.
A35: 2000ml 的大容量一般能滿足一隻成年貓咪約 8 至 10 天的日常飲水量。不過若遇到多貓家庭或炎熱夏天,蒸發速度會加快,短期外出前建議加滿水並切換至智能省電模式。

A36: PETKIT litter boxes (like Pura Max or PUROBOT MAX PRO 2) integrate a highly sophisticated xSecure Safety System. This features infrared sensors, thermal detection, weight sensors, and anti-pinch current cut-offs. The machine halts instantly whenever a cat approaches or enters.
A37: 請檢查 App 內的「清理延遲時間」設定。為了讓貓砂有足夠的時間凝結包裹糞便,機器默認會在貓咪離開後數分鐘才開始旋轉清理。此外,若貓咪在附近徘徊,感應器偵測到生物熱能,也會不斷推遲清理時間以保安全。
A37: Please check the "Cleaning Delay Time" setting in your App. To allow the cat litter sufficient time to clump and encapsulate waste, the machine defaults to waiting a few minutes. Additionally, if your cat lingers nearby, the thermal sensors will constantly push back the timer for safety.
A38: 為了確保體重稱重感應器能精準識別,建議體重在 1.5kg 以上、年齡在 6 個月以上的貓咪使用自動清理模式。若家中是未滿 3 個月的小幼貓,請務必在 App 中關閉自動清理,改為人手按鍵或在您監督下用 App 遠端清理。
A38: To ensure weight sensors register accurately, it is recommended for cats weighing over 1.5kg and aged over 6 months. For small kittens under 3 months, you must disable auto-cleaning in the App and run clean cycles manually under your direct supervision.
A39: 機器具有極高的貓砂相容性,完美支援豆腐砂、條狀砂、混合砂、礦砂以及膨潤土砂。只要是會「遇水凝結」的貓砂皆可使用。請注意,不凝結的水晶貓砂或大顆粒傳統木屑砂則不適用。
A39: The machines feature excellent litter compatibility, supporting tofu litter, clay litter, mixed litter, and bentonite. Any "clumping" type litter works perfectly. Non-clumping crystal litters or large traditional wood pellets are not compatible.
A40: 體重傳感器位於貓廁所的四個底腳。請確保:第一,機器必須放置在堅硬平整的地面,絕不能壓在貓砂墊或地毯上;第二,機器不要觸碰到周圍的牆壁或家具。移動機器後,請在 App 內執行「體重歸零校準」。
A40: Weight sensors sit on the four bottom feet of the litter box. Ensure that: 1) The unit is placed on a hard, flat floor, never stepping on litter mats or carpets; 2) The machine does not touch surrounding walls or furniture. Run a weight calibration after moving the unit.
A41: 雖然集便盒容量大,但香港夏季極度潮濕。為了避免滋生蚊蟲與產生異味,雖然機器配備了自動噴霧除臭器,我們仍強烈建議香港寵主每 3-5 天手動清理並更換一次集便袋,維持家居衛生。
A41: While the waste drawer holds a massive volume, Hong Kong's summers are brutally humid. To dodge insect breeding and odors, despite built-in spray deodorizers, we highly advise HK owners to empty and swap the waste bag every 3-5 days.
A42: 絕對不行。必須使用 PETKIT 原廠專用除臭滅菌淨化液。原廠淨化液經過無毒安全認證,即使貓咪舔食或吸入也對身體無害。使用普通消毒水或酒精可能會腐蝕機器塑料,甚至引起貓咪呼吸道過敏。
A42: Absolutely not. You must use the official PETKIT Purifying Solution. It is certified non-toxic and entirely safe if cats lick or inhale it. Standard sanitizers or alcohol can corrode the plastic components or trigger severe respiratory allergies in pets.
A43: 不是全部。可拆卸的滾筒球體部分、防漏內襯墊以及集便盒可以完全拆下來用水清洗。但是,含有主板、馬達與電源接口的底座部分絕對不能水洗或進水,底座只能用濕布小心擦拭。
A43: No, not entirely. The detachable cylinder drum, the leak-proof liner, and the waste drawer can be fully disassembled and washed under water. However, the base unit harboring the motherboards, motor, and power ports must never be washed; clean it gently with a damp cloth instead.
A44: 不需要。PETKIT 設有「一鍵清空貓砂」功能。您只需在機器面板或 App 上點擊一鍵清空,滾筒就會反向旋轉,將內部所有的乾淨貓砂與廢砂一次性全部排入下方的集便盒中,換砂省時不費力。
A44: No, you don't. PETKIT features an "Empty Litter with One Click" function. Simply tap it on the panel or App; the drum rotates backward to dump all clean and waste litter down into the waste drawer automatically.
A45: 建議您先不要通電運行,在裡面放入貓咪熟悉的舊貓砂帶有牠們的氣味。將機器放在原本舊砂盆的位置,等貓咪完全適應並進去上過幾次廁所後,再插電並開啟智能自動清理。
A45: We recommend leaving the power off initially. Put some old litter with their familiar scent inside the drum. Place the machine exactly where their old litter box used to sit, and only plug it in once they have confidently used it a few times.
A46: 因為目前市面上絕大多數智能家居硬體晶片為了維持長距離傳輸的穩定性,皆採用 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 頻段。如果您的香港寬頻路由器是 2.4G/5G 二合一訊號,請聯絡您的網絡供應商或進入路由器後台,將兩個頻段分開成兩個獨立的 Wi-Fi 名稱進行連線。
A46: To maintain stable long-distance data transmission, most smart home hardware chips operate on the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band. If your HK router uses a 2.4G/5G combined signal, contact your ISP or log into your router settings to split them into two separate Wi-Fi names.
A47: 對於體重較輕的耗材或小型家電(如濾芯、飲水機),我們主要採用順豐速運發貨;而對於體積龐大的智能貓廁所或大型套裝,我們會委託專業的大件物流團隊送貨上門。
A47: For lightweight consumables or smaller items (filters, fountains), we primarily dispatch via SF Express. For massive items like smart cat litter boxes or bundled sets, we assign them to specialized bulky-goods local delivery teams to ensure safe handling to your doorstep.
A48: 可以送貨。但由於部分偏遠地區物流限制,或大件商品需要人工搬運上無升降機的唐樓(按樓層收取樓梯費),物流公司可能會加收額外的附加費。建議下單前先將詳細地址提供給 Aquafilo 線上客服進行費用核實。
A48: Yes, we deliver across Hong Kong. However, due to regional logistics restrictions or the manual labor needed to haul heavy items up buildings without lifts (staircase fees apply), additional surcharges may be applied by the carriers. Please check with Aquafilo live chat before ordering.
A49: 請在收到商品後的 24 小時內,將外包裝紙箱、快遞面單以及商品受損部位拍照或錄影存證,並立即向 Aquafilo 客服反饋。我們會第一時間為您向物流公司索償並安排補發或換貨。
A49: Take photos or video recordings of the outer carton, delivery slip, and damaged parts within 24 hours of receipt. Immediately report it to Aquafilo customer service, and we will file a logistics claim to organize an express replacement or parts dispatch.
A50: 升級機器韌體時,手機與機器會透過藍牙與 Wi-Fi 雙重通訊。請務必將手機貼近設備(1米以內),並確保手機沒有切換到其他 App。若依舊失敗,請將機器斷電重啟後,再重新執行升級即可。
A50: Firmware updates rely on simultaneous Bluetooth and Wi-Fi communication between your phone and the hardware. Ensure your phone is placed close to the device (within 1 meter) and do not close the App during progress. If it fails, power-cycle the machine and try again.
