Important Notes
The use of non-original filters will void the product warranty. Third-party filters feature reduced filtration efficiency and higher wind resistance, which alters the machine’s air intake and output, impairs overall performance, and fails to achieve the official sterilization efficiency standard.
The PT65 HEPA filter adopts H13 medical-grade standard and is coated with exclusive AeraSafe antimicrobial treatment. It inhibits bacterial growth for up to 28 days and eliminates 99.97% of airborne bacteria and particles as tiny as PM0.3 (far smaller than PM2.5). Since most bacteria and viruses are finer than PM2.5, third-party filters cannot guarantee effective removal of bacteria and viruses.
New units may produce a slight odour during initial use, which originates from the antimicrobial agent on the filter instead of plastic materials. Please keep the room well-ventilated and run the purifier for 1–2 days; the odour will fade naturally.
It is normal that only the power light is on during operation. The Carbon filter and HEPA filter indicator lights will only illuminate when filter replacement is required.
